About Aethel Yield Labs

An early-stage research project exploring risk-aware infrastructure for decentralized finance.

Aethel Yield Labs is a pre-incorporation DeFi research and infrastructure project initiated in 2025.

The Aethel Yield Labs project has completed a US$30 million seed financing round. The financing was completed as a private capital-raising event and is not an investment product or public offering made through this website.

The project team is currently evaluating whether the initial operating entity should be incorporated in Delaware or the Cayman Islands. A final jurisdiction and legal structure have not yet been selected.

Aethel Yield Labs does not currently accept customer deposits, manage customer assets or offer investment products through this website.

Our Mission

Our mission is to research and develop transparent, risk-aware infrastructure for decentralized liquidity markets.

Current areas of work include liquidity routing, automated position monitoring, cross-chain data analysis and smart contract risk controls. These activities are currently limited to research, software development and prototype testing.

Our Vision

Our long-term vision is to contribute reliable and verifiable infrastructure to decentralized financial markets.

Any future commercial product will be introduced only after appropriate technical testing, independent security review and analysis of the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Development Principles

Evidence Before Claims

We aim to publish technical, security and performance claims only when they can be supported by verifiable documentation.

Security Before Deployment

Public deployment will be preceded by testing, permission review, independent assessment and remediation of identified material issues.

Transparency by Design

Where technically and legally appropriate, deployed contract addresses, audit reports and material system changes will be made publicly accessible.

Regulatory Readiness

Products and services will be evaluated according to the jurisdictions, customer types and activities involved.
