Aethel Yield Labs is currently a pre-incorporation DeFi research and infrastructure project. The project name does not currently represent a registered legal entity.
The project team is evaluating incorporation in Delaware or the Cayman Islands. A final jurisdiction, entity type and operating structure have not yet been selected.
Current activities are limited to research, software architecture, prototype development and related project planning.
Aethel Yield Labs does not currently accept customer deposits, manage customer assets, provide custody, transmit customer digital assets or offer investment products through this website.
The Aethel Yield Labs project has completed a US$30 million seed financing round.
The financing was a private capital-raising event. No interest in that financing is offered through this website, and the financing statement should not be interpreted as an offer, solicitation, investment product or indication of future performance.
